Periodic Maintenance
A Periodic Server Maintenance is absolutely necessary in order to keep your servers running in a secure manner, protect you against outages and reduces costly downtime.
We can do this with minimal impact to your regular operations.
Our Server Maintenance Service includes:
- Clean up disk space
- Review Windows logs for critical errors; fix on the spot minor errors - if any.
- Verify MS patches and update as required
- Reboot servers
- Disk Space report for each server
- Errors report – if any - and remediation suggestions. Minor errors will be fixed on the spot.
Servers included with the “Full package” option:
- Domain Controllers, File & Print servers, SQL /Accounting (MS Dynamics/ Great Plains, AccPacc)
- Off-site back-up PC. Verify all off line backup disks (weekend check for 5 consecutive weeks )
Not included: Citrix servers; Specialty application servers; Vmware Esx-Host (These can be done on an hourly basis)
