How to add your other addresses to your Gmail account

  1. Go to https://mail.google.com and Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click gear icon in the top right of the page, then click Settings
  3. Click Accounts tab.
  4. Under Send mail as, click Add another email address you own.
  5. Enter your name and your other email address. (We recommend deselect Treat as an alias box.)
  6. Click Next Step - now you have two options:

- Send through Gmail.
- Send through your provider’s  SMTP servers.

If you choose to use Gmail’s servers:

  1. Select Send through Gmail box.
  2. Click Next, then click Send Verification. You will get an email verification from Gmail to confirm that you own it.
  3. Now you have to click the link in the message Gmail sent or enter the confirmation code in the Accounts section of your Gmail settings.
  4. Click Settings, then click Accounts. Under When replying to a message, choose Reply from the same address the message was sent to.

If you choose to use your provider’s servers:

  1. Select Send through your provider SMTP servers.
  2. Enter the SMTP server, your username and your password for that account. You may also need to adjust your port setting. Click Add account. You will get an email verification from Gmail to confirm that you own it.
  3. Now you have to click the link in the message Gmail sent or enter the confirmation code in the Accounts section of your Gmail settings..
  4. Click Settings, then click Accounts. Under When replying to a message, choose Reply from the same address the message was sent to.

That’s all. Enjoy!
